Roof Replacement

Full tear-off down to the deck, inspection of the underlying structure, new underlayment, drip edge, flashing, and your chosen roofing material installed by our own crew. Most asphalt jobs finish in one to two working days. Metal and tile take longer because the materials demand it — but we don't pad timelines to look busy.

You get a 25-year manufacturer warranty on materials and a 10-year workmanship warranty backed by us in writing. Both transfer to the next owner if you sell.

You call — we're on your roof within two business days. The inspection takes 45–60 minutes. We walk every slope (or fly the drone if the pitch is too steep), check the deck condition through the soffit, document any damage with photos, and check your gutters, flashing, and exterior penetrations while we're up there.

You walk away with a written PDF report, drone images, and a written quote — whether you hire us or not. No sales pressure, no "today only" pricing. If we don't think you need a new roof, we'll tell you.

A new roof on top of failing gutters is money down the drain — literally. We install seamless aluminum gutters on-site (no factory seams), repair or replace soffit and fascia, patch siding where storms pulled it loose, and add leaf guards if you want them. Same crew, same warranty structure as the roof above it.
